We make our blueberry liqueur by cooking blueberries from Gorski Kotar in the famous Istrian wine Teran, with gentle additions of rum and Kvarner homemade honey.
The liqueur is delicate, sweet, slightly tart, rich with whole and ground blueberries. This is a liqueur to toast all the sweet things in life.
