Shipping Terms

Ordered products are delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on the delivery address. Requests in orders for shorter delivery times or delivery on a specific date may be considered but are not guaranteed, depending on product availability.

Home delivery is carried out every week from Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays unless otherwise agreed and confirmed by us in advance.

Deliveries are made door-to-door, directly to the recipient’s address, through the courier company GLS d.o.o. (hereinafter “GLS”), which provides transportation services. Deliveries take place between 08:00 and 16:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or accommodate requests for deliveries after 16:00.

Delivery is free for all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a delivery fee of €3.50 applies.

NOTE: An exception applies to islands where delivery is not available. In these cases, orders must be collected at the nearest terminal. The islands without direct delivery are: Dugi otok, Iž, Rava, Mulat, Ist, Silba, Premuda, Sestrunj, Zverinac, Rivanj, Šolta, Lastovo, Mljet, Koločep, Šipan, Lopud, Susak, Unije, and Ilovik (for the last three islands, collection is at the port of Mali Lošinj).

Products will be packaged to prevent damage during normal handling in transport. Upon delivery, the customer is obliged to check for any potential damage and immediately report it to the courier who delivered the goods. At the time of delivery, the customer is required to sign the delivery note, which the courier service considers as confirmation of receipt.

GLS Shipping

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the provided link gls-group.eu/HR/hr/pracenje-posiljke and entering your tracking number in the “Track Shipment” section. Once the courier service has collected your package, we will send you the tracking number.

Personal Pickup

If home delivery does not suit you, you can choose the in-person pickup option. Your package will be ready for collection at Bregi 75/K, 51211 Matulji within 2 working days from the moment we receive your order/payment. When your bottle is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you by email. From the moment you receive the email notification, you can collect your package during business hours: Monday–Friday: 08:00–16:00
